Motorola Razr 50, Motorola’s flip-style fold able smartphone, is now available for purchase in India. Launched on September 9, the Razer 50 is the latest smartphone in the company’s Razer series. The fold able phone also features a 3.6-inch external display. Motorola has brought a significant upgrade from last year’s model’s 1.5-inch cover screen in the new phone. The smartphone includes Motorola’s range of AI-powered features known as “Moto AI”.

The smartphone is available on Motorola’s official website and retail stores including Reliance Digital and e-commerce platform Amazon. As far as introductory offers are concerned, Motorola is offering Rs 5,000 off on the Razer 50. Customers will also get a discount of Rs 10,000 on selected bank cards.
Similar offers are available on the Motorola Razr 50 Ultra, which is part of the Amazon Great Indian Festival. Also, a no-cost Equated Monthly Installment (EMI) plan for up to 18 months is available as part of the launch offer. Motorola is offering a three-month Google Gemini Advanced subscription and 2TB of cloud storage at no extra cost.
Now let’s come to the main details of this phone. The best upgrade on this year’s Razer smartphone is the new 3.6-inch PolLED cover screen featuring a 90Hz refresh rate. Compared to last year’s Razer 40, it had limited utility with a 1.5-inch covered screen. The larger display on the Razer 50 supports apps, controls, and more.
Users can also access Google’s Gemini AI on the cover screen. Similar to other premium Motorola smartphones, the Razer 50 includes various AI-based features such as camera enhancement tools and generative wallpapers. Users can ask Moto AI to create customized wallpapers
Or the AI can create a background image to match their outfit. Additional features include AI Adaptive Stabilization for video recording, AI Action Shot for capturing moving objects, and AI-powered auto focus tracking.
